Refund and Returns Policy (রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি)
At DealChai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we are here to help with our straightforward return policy.
1. Return Window (রিটার্ন সময়সীমা): Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any eligible product.
2. Applicable Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (New/Unused).
- In the original packaging with all tags, stickers, and accessories included.
3. Reasons for Return & Fees (রিটার্ন কারণ ও খরচ):
- Defective or Wrong Product: If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent by us, the return shipping is Free of Cost. DealChai will bear the shipping charges.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the product must be in its original unopened packaging. In this case, the Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
4. Return Method: All returns are processed By Mail/Courier. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dealchai.com or via our Facebook page with your Order ID and photos of the product.
5. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method (bKash/Nagat/Bank).
